Hi, I’m Natalia.

I’m a bookkeeper and strategic financial partner with a formal accounting background, helping business owners maintain accurate, tax-ready financials so they can make informed decisions and lead with confidence.

My path into accounting wasn’t linear. I came to the U.S. over 20 years ago with a degree in Philology, limited English, and a strong desire to build something meaningful. A high placement test score led me unexpectedly into accounting. It quickly became clear that this was where structure, logic, and purpose came together for me.

I went on to earn both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Accounting from Sam Houston State University and began my career at KPMG. While KPMG provided an exceptional technical foundation, I found myself drawn to working directly with business owners, helping them understand the financial side of their business.

For more than a decade, I’ve partnered with entrepreneurs to bring clarity, structure, and confidence to their financials. I believe bookkeeping is about providing reliable information that empowers better decisions and supports long-term growth.

In 2020, I was honored to be named Mrs. Russian America, a milestone that reflects my appreciation for my cultural heritage, perseverance, and commitment to leadership and service.

Today, through RA Focus Bookkeeping LLC, I help business owners spend less time worrying about their books and more time growing their businesses.
