About The Owner

Hi, I’m Natalia.

Over 20 years ago, I came to the U.S. with a degree in Philology, limited English, and a deep desire to build something meaningful. A high placement-test score unexpectedly led me to accounting—and I fell in love with it. I went on to earn both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Accounting from Sam Houston State University.

I began my career at KPMG. While I learned a tremendous amount there, I quickly realized that my true passion was supporting business owners—real people creating real impact.

For more than a decade, I’ve helped entrepreneurs bring clarity, structure, and confidence to their finances. That work continues to be my greatest professional fulfillment.

To me, bookkeeping is part art and part meditation. I genuinely love what I do.

Outside of work, you’ll find me with my husband and our son—who speaks five languages, plays chess, and codes like a future innovator. I also love long walks on the beach, ballroom dancing, and cooking.

In 2020, I was honored to be named Mrs. Russian America—a reminder of the power of embracing every chapter of your story.
