About The Owner

Hi, I’m Natalia.

I’m a bookkeeper and financial partner with a formal accounting background, helping business owners maintain clear, accurate, and tax-ready financials so they can lead with confidence.

My path into accounting wasn’t linear. I came to the U.S. over 20 years ago with a degree in Philology, limited English, and a strong desire to build something meaningful. A high placement-test score led me unexpectedly into accounting — and it quickly became clear that this was where structure, logic, and impact came together for me.

I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Accounting from Sam Houston State University and began my career at KPMG. The experience gave me a strong technical foundation, but I was drawn to more personal, hands-on work — supporting business owners who are building real companies and making real decisions every day.

For more than a decade, I’ve partnered with entrepreneurs to bring clarity, structure, and confidence to their financials. That work — helping business owners understand their numbers and operate from a place of control — continues to be my greatest professional fulfillment.

Outside of work, I’m a wife and mother. My husband and I are raising a son who speaks five languages, plays chess, and codes with the curiosity of a future innovator. I also enjoy long walks on the beach, ballroom dancing, and cooking.

In 2020, I was honored with the title of Mrs. Russian America — a personal milestone celebrating cultural heritage, perseverance, and leadership.
