Our Onboarding Process

Free Consultation

We begin with a complimentary 30-minute phone call. This is our time to get to know each other- what you do, where you are with your books, and what kind of support you're looking for.

Bookkeeping Review

If it feels like a good fit, we'll request limited access to your QuickBooks Online account- or ask for three months of financial statements, or view-only bank access.

Custom Engagement Plan

Next, we'll schedule a 30-minute follow-up call to walk you through a custom proposal. You'll know exactly what's included, how we'll work together, and what the next steps are. If everything feels right- we're ready to onboard!
